I believe that our bodies were designed to move. The more we move them, the better they function. My number one goal as a trainer is to keep you moving safely so that your body can function efficiently while working towards your goals. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength gain, event training, or improved health/fitness I can help you move toward those goals safely and effectively.
I am certified as a Personal Trainer by ACE (American Council on Exercise) as well as ADAPT (Athletic Development and Performance Therapy.) My ADAPT Joint Re-Education qualification allows me to help individuals move forward with their fitness goals despite set-backs related to muscular imbalances (caused by previous injury, surgery, etc.)
All ages and fitness levels are welcome at The Fitness Studio. From individual training to group fitness, my mission is to help you find the best way to improve your health, fitness, and activity level at times that fit into your busy schedule. I'm here to help you move more often and more efficiently. Your movement is my focus.
